Flight full, transferred to later flight

Without prior notice we were put in the next flight because the flight we had booked was full

Check-In counter, Team at Check-In counter were rude and not understanding and made us to pay extra for luggage. In our reservation booking it was clearly written 2 kg for personal bag, 7 kgs for Hand Baggage and 30 kgs for Check-In Baggage. But they refused to consider 2 kgs personal bag and charged us and said unless we pay, we will not be given Boarding Pass and Check-In Baggage will remain on hold. I would request take it suitably with Viet Jet or revise your Reservation Ticket.

We arrived to find our flight delayed but were easily shifted to another flight.

If they showed up on time and loaded the plane. Would not have been over hour late for my appointment

Trip to Vietnam

Generally all was fine. I have seen that a very young Pilot flew the plane. After starting he made a very quick change of the high level, which I and other passengers do not loke, as it feels not very safe. After landing, both Pilots came out of the cockpit and departing the plane, together with the passengers, which looks not very professional. At least the touch down was smooth. I am not sure if choosing Vietjet again. Thank you
